✨ 1 point for every gym session (3 per/wk max)
✨ 1 point for every IG story tagging NM (1 per visit max)
✨ 2 points for every Yoga class 🧘🏻‍♀️
✨ 2 points for attending a Saturday Grit class
✨ 2 points for bringing a friend on Fridays
✨ 3 points for every sauna session/ ice bath session
✨ 5 points for each before and after body scan submitted
